The location was pleasant, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was very good. We took a single room and it had an iron, a work desk, and a TV set. Got particularly nice views. Truly enjoyed the location to go to get tickets to see the museum.

The venue was exceptionally comfortable and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the location just off the old town of Khiva. - the park and Khiva garden views were beautiful. - My double room was available with a microwave, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

The rooms are brand-new and well furnished, with a patio and WiFi. The breakfast is savoury with good choice of food.

I really enjoyed staying here, it was clean and the staff were friendly, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bus stop was only 5 minutes away.

The triple room had great amenities like multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a personal computer that were really convenient for us.

Despite a minor issue with the temperature and water strength in the shower, our overall experience was wonderful. I had an amazing time staying at a B&B located in the heart of the city. I was able to see all the major sights, like the old town and the monuments, at a very reasonable price. the breakfast served was impeccable and the room was exceptionally comfortable. the staff arranged great tours to desert fortresses and other attractions which made my trip unforgettable.
